Privacy policy
How information is handled when you browse this website or contact The Strategy Studio.
Who to contact
The Strategy Studio provides creative and marketing services. For privacy questions or requests, email agency@thestrategystudio.online.
Information involved
If you email us, your message may include your name, email address, brand or agency details, project brief, links and any files you choose to attach. Please share only what is needed for your enquiry and avoid sending passwords, payment-card information or sensitive personal records.
The project brief form prepares a message in your email application. It does not submit your information to a website database. You choose whether to send the email.
When you visit the website, the hosting provider may process technical request information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and access times to deliver and protect the service. The site has no account registration, payment form or newsletter form.
Information used in client services
Commissioned advertising work may involve campaign reports, business account identifiers and supplied creative assets. The required information and permissions should be agreed before access is granted.
A client that decides the purposes of handling its customer information may have responsibilities as a controller or equivalent role under applicable law. Where the studio processes information on the client’s instructions, the parties should document their roles, permitted uses, security requirements, providers, retention, and return or deletion arrangements in the service agreement and any required data-processing terms before work begins.
Do not include passwords, full payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive records in an enquiry. Where possible, use account invitations, sample data, and the minimum permissions needed for the agreed task.
Why information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to you, discuss a project, prepare a scope, arrange services and maintain the related correspondence. Technical information supports website delivery, reliability and security. Where privacy law requires a legal basis, handling an enquiry or project may relate to steps requested before a contract or performance of a contract; security and administration may rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Legal obligations may require certain records to be kept.
Service providers and external links
The hosting provider processes technical requests to deliver this website. Your email provider also processes the messages you choose to send.
Typography files are hosted with this website; loading them does not contact an external font service. Film playback loads media from the studio’s original website. External links, including Instagram, are governed by the respective service’s policies.
Project platforms and AI tools
A project may use Meta advertising tools or agreed website platforms. The specific providers and any access to customer information should be confirmed in the project scope before information is connected or shared. These services have their own privacy notices and may process data internationally.
The website’s use of AI-assisted portfolio content does not mean that enquiry messages or customer lists are automatically uploaded to an AI service. Any proposed AI-tool use involving confidential or personal client information should be addressed with the client before that information is supplied, including permissions, provider settings, and applicable transfer requirements.
Retention and security
Enquiry correspondence, project files, campaign information should be kept only as needed for the agreed service, related administration, and applicable record-keeping obligations. Client-data retention, access removal, and return or deletion should be recorded in the project scope. Contact us to ask about a specific record or request deletion; applicable legal requirements may affect what can be deleted.
Do not send confidential material that is unnecessary for an initial enquiry. No website, email service or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, object to certain uses, restrict processing or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email us with your request. Proportionate verification may be needed to protect your information; some records may need to be retained where required by law.
You may also be entitled to raise a concern with the data-protection authority relevant to your location. Sending an enquiry is optional; a mail link opens your email application and does not automatically send a message.
